- Email Management: Professionally manage the inbox, promptly addressing emails and ensuring important communications are prioritized.
- Outreach & Coordination: Assist in establishing connections with potential clients or partners, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring clear communication.
- Project & Task Management: Employ tools like ClickUp or Notion to oversee projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Act as the primary liaison for coordination with clients and vendors, facilitating calls and ensuring effective communication.
- Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on potential leads or vendors, compiling structured summaries and reports to support decision-making.
- Provide Updates and Training via Video: Utilize tools such as Loom to share updates, provide walkthroughs, and keep clients or partners informed—comfort on camera is essential.
- Exceptional writing skills with clear communication capabilities across various platforms (email, phone, Slack, video).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in task completion.
- A strong desire to learn about new topics and skills.
- Basic familiarity with marketing tools, including website builders, Google Analytics, and design tools such as Canva is a plus.
