Position Summary

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role is perfectly suited for candidates with extensive experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, particularly those who have collaborated closely with founders or C-suite executives. Serving as an integral part of the CEO’s office, you will be pivotal in facilitating the execution of strategic priorities and fostering effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEO's intricate calendar, prioritizing engagements that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Prepare briefing materials and documents to equip the CEO for high-stakes meetings.
  • Act as a trusted intermediary between the CEO and both internal teams and external partners.
  • Draft and manage high-level correspondence with utmost professionalism and accuracy.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs proactively to enhance focus and productivity.
  • Spearhead and monitor cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to synchronize on key organizational priorities.
  • Create polished presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external use.
  • Manage travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Streamline administrative processes to optimize efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 8 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in high-growth or entrepreneurial settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex schedules and navigate high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional written communication skills; writing samples are required for consideration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Calendar, with intermediate skills in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining efficient organizational systems.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on overcoming challenges.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Professional certification in administration or related fields is an advantage.
