Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional executive-level assistance to guarantee seamless office functionality.
- Oversee complex calendar management, including scheduling meetings and organizing travel arrangements.
- Accurately document meeting minutes and prepare concise summary reports.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of special projects.
- Organize and maintain essential databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Provide insightful feedback on existing policies, procedures, and systems.
