Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage in high-volume outreach to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with referral partners to facilitate lead generation.
- Enhance existing client relationships by upselling tailored retirement solutions within the Human Capital Management (HCM) framework.
- Work closely with current HCM Sales Executives to stimulate growth and opportunity.
- Conduct insightful discovery sessions to identify client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Present persuasive demonstrations that effectively communicate the advantages of our retirement offerings.
- Develop compelling proposals aligned with client requirements and our service portfolio.
- Set clear sales timelines to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Monitor sales activities and progress with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Dealhub.
- Consistently surpass sales targets while delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales related to retirement plans or HCM solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS or comparable technology solutions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities to navigate multiple sales engagements in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset, driven by a desire for results.
- Excellent skills in relationship-building and client service.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and virtual selling platforms such as GoToMeeting or Webex.
- A valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Competitive base salary range: \(70,000 - \)75,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $130,000 through an uncapped commission structure.
