- Oversee the management and growth of key accounts within your designated discipline or vertical, ensuring alignment with overarching national objectives.
- Facilitate the expansion of major accounts across all branch locations, fostering effective local customer relationships.
- Track and evaluate branch activities to maximize revenue opportunities, providing actionable feedback to Branch Managers and Regional Vice Presidents.
- Identify and pursue substantial project opportunities, collaborating with the Inside Sales team for bidding and estimates before transitioning to Operations for execution.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, engage with prospective clients, and conduct site visits ahead of bid submissions.
- Swiftly address concerns related to active projects, partnering with the operational team to fulfill customer needs.
- Develop and submit monthly strategic plans, outlining objectives and monitoring sales activities via CRM.
- Ensure meticulous sales pipeline management through regular CRM updates and reporting.
- Secure change orders for additional project work outside the initial scope.
- Aid in the collection process to guarantee the timely receipt of outstanding receivables.
- Participate in both strategic and operational sales planning initiatives.
