Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient office coordination to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Provide a welcoming experience for visitors and respond to phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist the Program Staff with various administrative duties to support operational effectiveness.
- Schedule client appointments and facilitate reminder communications as necessary.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and inventory to ensure readiness.
- Aid in preparing and submitting expense reports for the Boston office.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail for the Boston location.
- Participate in community outreach events and contribute to special activities as required.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Experience with administrative tasks, such as executing mail merges for mass communications.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
