Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general operations of the office, including inventory control, mail processing, and filing systems.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to program staff, including scheduling and coordinating client appointments.
- Answer and route phone calls, assist visitors, and sustain a welcoming office atmosphere.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events and health education/prevention initiatives.
- Prepare and manage expense reports and perform data entry utilizing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to enhance office efficiency and contribute to program success.
- Strong organizational capabilities and proficiency in multitasking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative functions, such as mail merges.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Knowledge of or sensitivity to Native cultures and traditions is preferred.
