Join our dynamic team as a Client Success Team Operations Coordinator in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role demands a detail-oriented and flexible professional who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding client experiences while ensuring operational excellence. You will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, especially during periods of team member unavailability, by managing campaigns, communicating effectively with clients, and supporting internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, launch, and optimization of client campaigns.
  • Address and resolve campaign-related issues to ensure seamless execution during absent team members.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients in the absence of team leads, providing timely updates on lead delivery and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and necessary adjustments.
  • Promptly share updates and changes to keep all parties informed.
  • Review client deliverables to guarantee accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure that all materials meet both client and corporate expectations prior to submission.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams regarding campaign performance and proactively address any arising issues.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and calendar management as needed.
