Key Responsibilities

• Engage in at least 4 hours of talk time or 300 calls daily to connect with prospective clients.
• Assess and qualify leads while scheduling digital marketing consultations with our Business Development Managers.
• Masterfully deliver campaign pitches over the phone, articulating product and brand concepts effectively.
• Proactively contact a broad database of contacts, introducing our services and gathering insightful information.
• Utilize a CRM system adeptly to document calls, take notes, and manage follow-ups with precision.
• Facilitate the seamless transfer of prospects to our sales team or arrange callback appointments as per campaign requirements.
  
  

Required Skills

• Fluent English speaker with exemplary verbal communication abilities.
• A confident and personable phone presence, capable of navigating gatekeepers with professionalism.
• Strong persistence and resilience, comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls each week.
• Proficient with technology and able to adapt quickly to our internal phone and CRM software.
• Capable of typing at least 40 words per minute while managing multiple tasks effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
