• Masterfully deliver phone pitches that effectively convey our brand and product offerings.
• Utilize a CRM system to efficiently organize calls, document notes, and track client interactions.
• Transfer leads live to the sales team or arrange callbacks based on specific campaign requirements.
  
  

Required Skills

• Outstanding communicator with a warm and professional phone demeanor.
• Driven and persistent, comfortable making a high volume of calls and overcoming obstacles.
• Proficient with technology; typing at least 40 WPM and adept at using CRM and call management systems.
• Fluent in English, with native-level proficiency essential for establishing rapport with prospects.
