Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with business leaders to assess team needs and address challenges.
- Oversee the annual engagement survey and develop actionable plans to boost workplace satisfaction.
- Act as a reliable contact for employee concerns, advising leadership on effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill seasonal and year-round staffing requirements.
- Direct the recruitment process for attraction management positions, ensuring a streamlined hiring experience.
- Guide the annual performance review process, promoting high participation and constructive feedback.
- Recommend training initiatives based on identified skills gaps, encouraging continuous employee development.
- Stay informed on labor laws and compliance requirements in the U.S., Alaska, and Montana.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
- Robust understanding of HR best practices and applicable labor laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to provide insightful recommendations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations effectively.
- Experience in enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction within diverse teams.
