Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join our dynamic Professional Services team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will spearhead large-scale software implementations, ensuring our clients successfully meet their business objectives and operational targets. The position requires approximately 30% travel for customer roll-outs and software integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of enterprise software solutions, steering projects from inception to completion.
• Formulate detailed project plans that encompass resource estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with established plans, budgets, and objectives, while keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
• Identify and resolve risks and challenges as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope meticulously, ensuring that any changes are effectively communicated and documented.
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Maintain thorough project documentation for future reference.
• Foster consultative relationships by promoting project advantages, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Cultivate trust and credibility with key client executives and teams through knowledgeable guidance and insights.
• Identify opportunities for expanding the scope of work and propose additional projects that create further value for clients.
• Ensure project profitability by managing resource allocation and project chargeability.
• Set realistic expectations with clients concerning project timelines and deliverables.
• Supervise the invoicing process, ensuring clarity for clients regarding charges and securing approvals for payments.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira.
• Familiarity with the print industry is advantageous.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale software projects, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
