Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assess contractor performance to ensure alignment with client needs and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with insurance carrier clients, devising strategies to elevate service delivery.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts among property owners, clients, and contractors, prioritizing efficiency and satisfaction.
- Partner with risk management teams to address issues related to workmanship and liability, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Communicate effectively regarding the comprehensive range of services provided and demonstrate their value to clients and contractors.
- Proactively oversee contractor timelines and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet targets.
- Conduct periodic property site visits to verify that projects are completed timely and according to specifications.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new contractors to broaden the network, ensuring they receive adequate training and support.
- Collaborate with various departments such as recruiting, credentialing, accounting, and risk management to address escalated concerns efficiently.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance program performance and ensure adherence to best practices across the region.
- Organize regular meetings with contractors to review performance metrics, expectations, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience is required.
- Prior experience in property insurance or property claims adjusting is preferred.
- Background in residential and/or commercial construction is beneficial.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time; reliable transportation is necessary.
- Familiarity with claims management or estimating software is advantageous.
- Strong independent work ethic with effective collaboration skills in team settings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, emphasizing creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various computer applications.
- Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

- Full-Time (M-F, 8 am - 5 pm)
- Salary: \(60,000 to \)70,000 (commensurate with experience and assigned territory)
