- Negotiate with vendors to secure payment extensions and seek resolutions to prevent service interruptions, including the potential waiver of late fees.
- Document all communications and prepare correspondence to vendors, ensuring accurate relay of remittance information.
- Process various payment-related items and collaborate with internal teams to rectify discrepancies.
