Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify new sales opportunities through extensive outreach efforts.
- Foster relationships with referral partners to generate new leads.
- Upsell comprehensive retirement solutions to existing clients within the Human Capital Management (HCM) sector.
- Collaborate with current HCM Sales Executives to stimulate growth and development.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Present compelling and engaging presentations that showcase the benefits of our retirement offerings.
- Develop persuasive proposals that resonate with client requirements and our service offerings.
- Set clear sales timelines that facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Dealhub to meticulously track sales efforts and progress.
- Consistently surpass sales targets and deliver exceptional results that drive success.
- Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience in retirement plans or HCM solutions.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS or related technology solutions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple sales engagements in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful, solution-oriented mindset focused on results.
- Exceptional relationship-building and client service capabilities.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex.
- U.S. Driver's License is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
