We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into trends, customer demands, and competitive positioning.
  • Transform strategic business goals into actionable product initiatives and long-term plans.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among the product team and across departments such as engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous iteration post-launch.
  • Prioritize product features based on feedback from customers, market analysis, and potential business impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Measure product performance through key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, gathering valuable feedback to guide product enhancements.
  • Analyze product performance data to inform decisions regarding product lifecycle management, including scaling or discontinuation.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset facilitating strategic and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha!
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Solid technical knowledge or understanding of product development principles.

Compensation And Benefits
