Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere within the product team by establishing effective communication, goal-setting, and evaluation processes.
- Lead product development from ideation through launch and iteration, prioritizing features based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Serve as the primary product liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
- Manage product allocation and apply data-driven insights to maximize return on investment.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with a proven history of executing product strategies in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficient data analysis skills to make informed strategic decisions.
- Robust project management abilities, adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha!, along with financial acumen, particularly in budgeting and forecasting for products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated success in launching products in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Technical expertise or a strong grasp of technical product development is highly desirable.
