Remote Tax Supervisor Position

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-10 direct reports, offering training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Act as the primary liaison for various client accounts, ensuring transparent communication regarding project timelines and requirements.
• Review and validate tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts to guarantee compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, allocate resources, and set performance metrics.
• Analyze financial data and ensure proper documentation for new, altered, or closed entities.
• Utilize advanced software tools including Lacerte, Tax Dome, and QuickBooks for effective tax preparation and workflow management.
• Address tax-related inquiries and devise strategic solutions to complex tax issues in coordination with senior team members.
