Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email communication.
- Address inquiries from clients, patients, and providers via various communication channels, ensuring compliance with contractual and state regulations.
- Manage daily correspondence, including processing incoming emails.
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability to support team objectives.
