Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a multi-state territory, engaging in frequent in-person visits to achieve and surpass sales objectives, committing 4-5 days each week to field activities with occasional overnight stays.
- Present a groundbreaking VR pain management platform to healthcare providers within the VA and DoD sectors.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients to promote product adoption and utilization effectively.
- Educate healthcare practitioners on the supportive evidence for VR as an innovative treatment for chronic pain and its advantages for patients.
- Identify sales opportunities and independently prioritize tasks to meet established goals.
- Utilize knowledge of reimbursement strategies to cultivate a successful portfolio.
- Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our products and services.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities and provide transparent reporting to facilitate accurate forecasting.
- Adapt strategies as necessary to accommodate new sales channels or initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or medical sales, ideally within prescriptive DME, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- A strong understanding of the pain management sector, including telehealth trends, device reimbursement, CPT codes, and the DME market.

- Base salary range: \(100,000 to \)120,000, with the final offer determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
