• Managing financial objectives, budgets, and ensuring adherence to P&L targets.
• Streamlining and executing critical operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilizing performance metrics and data analysis to drive improvements in operations.
• Identifying and addressing operational challenges, with a commitment to continuous enhancement.
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to cannabis cultivation and sales.
