Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Lead and implement the sales strategy, overseeing distributor collaborations, regional account management, pricing, promotions, and programming to align with overarching business goals.
- Distributor Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with distributors to monitor sales trajectories, manage inventory levels, and anticipate market requirements while nurturing strong partnerships.
- Account Management: Establish and sustain productive relationships with key accounts to enhance brand visibility and meet corporate objectives.
- Brand Standards: Ensure adherence to brand standards regarding distribution, pricing, display execution, inventory oversight, and profitability analysis.
- Market Intelligence: Evaluate sales performance, assess ROI on marketing initiatives, and provide critical insights on competitive dynamics and market trends to guide strategic planning.
- Budget Management: Supervise operational and advertising expenditures, ensuring they are consistent with budgetary guidelines.
- Monthly Focus:
- Sales Activity (60%): Direct sales initiatives across various channels, augment distribution, and ensure the effective execution of display strategies.
- Wholesaler Relations (20%): Manage programming, pricing, forecasting, and support product launches.
- Administrative (20%): Monitor monthly forecasting, performance metrics, and local initiatives for seamless operations.
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
