We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Sales to become a pivotal member of our executive team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performance team of Account Managers, fostering strong relationships at all levels of client organizations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that uncover new business opportunities and reinforce our position as a market leader.
  • Oversee customer acquisition processes, ensuring cost-effective measures while targeting clients with high long-term value potential.
  • Direct the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that emphasize our unique value proposition.
  • Strategically manage the allocation of sales, marketing, and technical resources to optimize return on investment and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Craft persuasive value propositions showcasing how our solutions can accelerate client timelines, reduce capital expenditures, and enhance their overall financial performance.
  • Lead negotiation processes with customers, ensuring agreements that minimize risk and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain overarching business objectives and champion innovation.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales leadership experience with at least 10 years in sales management, ideally within the construction or building systems sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively influencing and collaborating with senior executives.
  • Financial acumen, including proficiency in analyzing financial statements and key investment concepts such as ROI, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
  • Willingness to travel locally up to 70% of the time for client engagements and site assessments.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
