Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Account Managers skilled in establishing strong connections across various organizational levels.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities that provide exceptional value to building owners.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that sets us apart in the marketplace.
- Effectively manage customer acquisition costs while prioritizing clients for sustainable success.
- Craft winning proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.
- Optimize resource allocation to focus on opportunities that meet performance standards.
- Present value propositions that illustrate how we enhance customer project returns through accelerated time-to-market, cost efficiencies, and lifecycle savings.
- Conduct negotiations with customers to balance risk while maximizing profitability and cash flow.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional sales management experience (industry experience is advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail alongside the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in organizational, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable analyzing financial statements and discussing key financial concepts, including return on investment and customer acquisition costs.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 70% of the time, including client meetings and site visits.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
