We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Self Storage Manager to become a vital member of our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing several locations, engaging with clients, and ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple properties independently, balancing indoor and outdoor tasks.
  • Evaluate customer storage needs and provide tailored recommendations, including the sale of packing and moving supplies.
  • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm their availability and readiness for rental.
  • Perform cash drawer audits and manage bank deposits as an integral part of our daily operations.
  • Ensure timely customer payment updates through reminder and collection communications as necessary.
  • Uphold the property's cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal through regular maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and landscaping.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
  • Capability to work independently while also being a cooperative team player.
  • Organizational acumen to maintain property standards and operations effectively.
  • Basic financial skills to handle cash transactions and bank deposits with accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales environments (such as retail, restaurants, or other service-oriented roles) is an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between various work sites is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Flexible and full-time scheduling options, with shifts available between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, including weekends until 5:00 PM.
