Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a committed wellness team, fostering high performance and accountability in achieving wellness objectives.
- Manage resident care by supervising care plans, assessments, and service delivery, ensuring they meet the changing needs of residents.
- Coordinate Alzheimer's and dementia care programs, ensuring they align with the highest standards of service.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to articulate the community’s wellness vision and goals while building strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all wellness-related state regulations and maintain robust auditing processes.
- Work alongside the sales and leadership teams to effectively promote wellness initiatives within the community.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being, including evaluations post-hospital or skilled care, to establish measurable care goals.
- Lead training and communication efforts regarding emergency protocols to ensure all staff are well-prepared.
- Commitment to resident-centered care, fostering nurturing relationships with residents and upholding wellness standards.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, adept at managing and resolving complex situations constructively.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments and with external partners to achieve community objectives.
- Ability to convey and implement a clear, motivating vision that aligns wellness goals with community objectives.

- Preferred qualifications include a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CDP certification is required within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience in assisted living and memory care is preferred, along with a background in leadership within healthcare or senior living settings.
- Proven ability to manage teams, develop relationships, and inspire high performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with staff, residents, and families.
