Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the daily operations of the store, ensuring adherence to standards in guest service, financial objectives, process efficiency, and health and safety.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to comprehend and implement company strategies, aligning store operations with overarching business objectives.
- Manage a diverse leadership team across various domains including Restaurants, Retail, Quick Service, Culinary, and Facilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee critical functions such as labor management, cost control, inventory oversight, regulatory compliance, pricing, and merchandising.
- Develop and manage the store operations budget, instigating effective cost control measures while maintaining quality.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement of store performance.
- Utilize sales data, guest feedback, and performance metrics to make informed, data-driven operational decisions.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and maintain transparent communication with store leaders on performance, goals, and initiatives.
- Act as the ultimate decision-maker for operational challenges and solution development.

- Collaborate closely with HR in hiring processes, performance evaluations, and terminations.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, particularly in retail or hospitality.
- Deep-seated passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, motivational, and team-building capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine is advantageous.
