Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory, focusing on small to medium-sized retailers and national accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets, strategic objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive prospecting strategy, providing regular updates to your Regional Sales Manager.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations and training for retail partners and national accounts.
- Manage customer relationships and track engagement using Salesforce (CRM).
- Prepare and submit business reports and timely expense reports.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Regional Vice President or Regional Sales Manager.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for retail sales background.
- At least 2 years of experience in new business development (sales hunting).
- Availability for up to 50% travel, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales and new business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Compensation And Benefits
- First-year on-target compensation (base salary commission) ranges from \(105,000 to \)140,000.
- Uncapped commission structure, allowing for significant earning potential.
