We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Director to spearhead our sales operations in the US/Bay Area. Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets while enhancing market presence and driving adoption of advanced technology within the US/Bay Area.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with key clients, gaining insights into their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Execute sales initiatives that maximize revenues and enhance our competitive position in the market.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and emerging technologies to effectively convey their value proposition to clients.
  • Competitive Analysis: Track industry developments and competitor activities, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel: Engage in some domestic travel for client meetings, industry events, and professional training sessions.
  • Achievement: Aim to secure at least one contract or deal within the first year of employment.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience within the semiconductor or technology sector, demonstrating a history of surpassing sales goals.
  • Technical expertise in AI technologies and semiconductor ecosystems is preferred.
  • Proven ability to navigate customer relationships and manage the sales process adeptly.
