We are looking for a visionary Vice President of Product Innovation and Design to spearhead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Integrated Customer Group. This high-level role requires a dynamic leader who is not only analytical but also passionate about enhancing business performance through innovative solutions and effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for enterprise sales operations that aligns with the overall corporate objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, IT, and GTM Operations teams to foster seamless communication and operational synergy across various departments.
- Optimize revenue generation through the application of best practices in lead management, sales pipeline execution, and partner engagement.
- Work in partnership with Revenue Enablement and IT to assess and deploy tools that enhance operational productivity.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge operational effectiveness and provide analytical insights to executive leadership.
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, promoting a culture of teamwork and ongoing professional development.
- Over 15 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver significant business results.
- Proven expertise in managing comprehensive Sales, Marketing, and Support Operations, including the formulation of strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong aptitude for relationship-building across GTM, Finance, HR, Product, and IT teams.
- Experience leading diverse global teams and encouraging collaboration across various time zones.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices accompanied by the ability to provide strategic thought leadership.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level executives.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.

- Annual Salary Range: \(262,650 - \)355,350 USD Variable Compensation (where applicable)
- Compensation is determined by various factors including location, experience, and job-related skills.
- Hybrid work model: On-site presence required three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
