Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage solar programs throughout Texas, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable growth.
- Lead a dedicated team of direct reports or independent contractors, offering guidance and support.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with organizational partners and funding entities.
- Collaborate with internal regional support teams to facilitate program execution.
- Represent the organization in coalition environments, advocating for the rights of solar energy.
- Oversee solar group purchasing initiatives and programs aimed at supporting low-income communities in Texas.
- Serve as a media spokesperson, promoting solar projects and related policies.
- Educate the public on rooftop solar installation, including available incentives, utility rates, and regulatory frameworks.
- Organize and engage in both in-person and virtual outreach events.
