Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute impactful marketing strategies that emphasize customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Leverage data analytics to pinpoint and amplify high-yield marketing channels, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Continuously evaluate, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives to derive actionable insights and fine-tune strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop resources and materials that empower their ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Oversee our digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media, with a focus on measurable growth.
- Partner with the Product Team to craft marketing strategies for both new and existing products, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Manage the logistics and execution of industry conferences and events, assessing their return on investment.
- Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- 6 years of senior marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong record of achievement in growth marketing and customer acquisition within an early-stage startup.
- Profound knowledge of lifecycle marketing, growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that drive targeted growth.
- Proficient in utilizing marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
- Extensive background across various marketing channels, with a particular emphasis on digital, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and event management.
- Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to the evolving demands of a growing startup.
