Job Overview

We are in search of an exceptional and forward-thinking Vice President of Product to be instrumental in steering the direction of our product portfolio and fulfilling our strategic mission. This pivotal leadership role encompasses the management of product development from conception to execution, working in collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings not only meet but exceed performance and user experience benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creation of groundbreaking products from initial concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
• Utilize data-driven analytics to enhance product features, optimize performance, and enrich the user experience.
• Formulate and oversee product roadmaps, prioritize key initiatives, and ensure timely project delivery while fostering team accountability.
• Cultivate and mentor a high-caliber product team, nurturing a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluate consumer analytics to inform product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to guarantee a smooth and efficient product development process.
• Engage with online user communities to gather insights and continuously refine product offerings.
• Remain actively involved in the day-to-day execution of product development processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in product management or related fields, particularly within AI or consumer product development.
• Proven record of achievement in a startup setting, particularly in scaling revenue and driving substantial growth.
• Proficiency in both B2C (consumer applications) and B2B (SaaS products) markets.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products with high user retention and engagement.
• Strong emphasis on product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
• Hands-on involvement with engineering and business teams to propel product success.
• Deep knowledge of product analytics, consumer behavior dynamics, optimization techniques, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Proven capability to build and elevate high-performing teams, establish effective processes, and lay a robust foundation for scaling operations.

Compensation And Benefits
