- Calendar Management: Efficiently organize the VP’s schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage logistical arrangements for meetings, including setting agendas and ensuring smooth operations.
- Correspondence Management: Handle all communication for the VP with the utmost professionalism.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for the VP as necessary.
