Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling and diverse strategies to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Sales Material Development: Create persuasive sales presentations, brochures, product data sheets, and other marketing content.
  • Customer Database Oversight: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, sales patterns, and prospective leads, with a focus on assisting clients with rebate applications.
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently organize the VP’s schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage logistical arrangements for meetings, including setting agendas and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Correspondence Management: Handle all communication for the VP with the utmost professionalism.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for the VP as necessary.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing swift and informed responses.
  • Order Processing Assistance: Support customers in order processing, ensuring accuracy in tracking and fulfillment.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, upholding exceptional service standards.
  • Rebate Support: Assist customers in navigating the rebate application processes.
  • Invoice Management: Generate timely and accurate customer invoices.
  • Payment Monitoring: Keep track of incoming payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify potential opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and securing referrals.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles, ideally within the lighting sector.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities, with proficiency in handling multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and various office software applications.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
