Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new customer opportunities through targeted outreach strategies.
- Develop and design impactful sales presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Keep comprehensive records and assist clients with rebate applications.
- Efficiently manage the VP’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications via email and phone.
- Address customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Guide customers through the rebate application procedures for our product offerings.
- Prepare accurate invoices, packing slips, and monitor payment processes.
- Foster strong customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles (experience in the lighting industry is advantageous).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
