Key Responsibilities
- Employ Agile methodologies to analyze, define, and document business requirements, ensuring the delivery of impactful software applications that meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough interviews and workshops to gather and clarify business and functional requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epic stories into manageable features and user stories for the development team.
- Engage with Agile teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are articulated clearly and comprehensively.
- Assist the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, sequencing of features, organization, and user acceptance testing.
- Cultivate trust and establish robust relationships with technical and non-technical team members alike.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
- Proficiency in gathering business and functional requirements effectively.
- Skilled in crafting user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically in gathering requirements for software development, creating user stories, and overseeing product backlogs.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the role of a Product Owner.
- Preference for candidates holding Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
