Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to guarantee accuracy
- Maintain and balance the general ledger with comprehensive, up-to-date records
- Execute accounts payable tasks, including the review, coding, and processing of payments
- Oversee accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, deposits, and collection efforts
- Compile and analyze data to prepare financial reports
- Perform data entry and undertake administrative duties as required
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger processes
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting practices is essential
- Strong background in financial reporting and ledger management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively
