- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations
- Prepare and manage invoices for grants and contracts, ensuring accurate tracking
- Conduct credit card entries and reconciliations

- Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
- Allocate expenses to various programs and monitor expenditures by revenue source
