Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product vision for our digital supply chain portfolio, aiming to enhance fleet efficiency and ensure timely cargo delivery.
- Conduct thorough market research to discern customer requirements, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics, particularly in dry vans and reefers.
- Engage with customers to gather valuable feedback and ensure our products are delivering maximum value.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop products such as real-time tracking and temperature monitoring, among others.
- Lead the formulation of go-to-market strategies including product pricing, positioning, and promotional activities to facilitate successful launches.
- Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of OEMs, VARs, leasing companies, and direct clients.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings.
- Communicate updates and progress effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in the transportation sector, with a sound understanding of assets utilized in rail, road, and maritime logistics.
- Proven expertise in data management, analytics, and integration technologies such as ETL, data warehousing, BI tools, and APIs.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel to customer and non-customer locations, approximately 10%-20% of the time.
