• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly manage deadlines, and multitask efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with robust organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
