Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored eCOA software solutions.
• Manage projects from initiation and requirements analysis through to implementation and ongoing support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing communications, project status updates, and tracking.
• Ensure that project specifications are in alignment with clinical protocols and client needs.
• Conduct internal and external meetings to discuss system specifications and project progress.
• Control project scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to uphold high standards of client satisfaction.
• Ensure system documentation is accurate and complies with established procedures.
• Provide necessary support to users of the system, including international clientele, as required.
• Engage in client audits and quality assurance initiatives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with software systems in clinical trials.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• A proactive approach with robust problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to quality and thoroughness.
• Ability to function independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
