Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases independently from inception to resolution, ensuring high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
- For senior attorneys, provide leadership and mentorship to a team of up to three associate attorneys, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement strategic legal plans to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Draft and oversee various motions, including but not limited to remand motions and motions for class certification.
- Conduct depositions and actively participate in meet-and-confer sessions to advance case objectives.
- Engage in mediation and negotiation processes to facilitate settlements.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- At least one year of experience as a California attorney specializing in labor and employment law (including PAGA, FEHA, and/or class action litigation).
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, with a strategic focus on litigation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple complex cases concurrently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the California Labor Code and its application in litigation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong advocacy presence.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience as a California attorney specializing in employment law.

- Base Salary: \(140,000 - \)275,000 per year.
- Earning Potential: Top earners may achieve mid-to-high six-figure salaries, with the potential to exceed $600,000.
- Additional Compensation: Opportunity to earn a percentage of the firm’s recovery on cases handled.
