Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the financial operations of the organization, establishing a robust framework for corporate financial planning.
- Manage cash flow effectively while nurturing strong relationships with banking institutions.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the accounting team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial performance reports to management.
- Develop and sustain both short and long-term financial forecasts to inform decision-making for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee documentation related to external audits and tax functions, coordinating with external audit firms.
- Manage the renewal of insurance and licensing, and liaise with external vendors.
- Conduct analyses on Tier 1 vendors and their financial performance.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and related entities to assess and report on their financial outcomes.
- Establish, implement, and uphold accounting policies and procedures in alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts and uphold work standards.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the organization’s goals.
- Strong expertise in GAAP, FASB, internal controls, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in managing inter-company accounts, reconciliations, and financial consolidations.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels within the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Required).
- CPA designation (Required).
