Position Title: Financial Planning Analyst - Hybrid Work Environment (50% Office, 50% Remote)

Starting Salary: $60,000

Overview Of The Role

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be integral to the financial operations and strategic planning of our organization. Collaborating closely with the Director of Financial Planning and the CFO, you will contribute to various crucial financial functions that support the company’s objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage state grant reporting processes.
• Supervise communications with lenders and monitor adherence to debt covenants.
• Support weekly cash flow management activities.
• Oversee invoicing and billing for third-party services.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and provide support for merger and acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Additional certifications such as CPA, MBA, or HFMA are advantageous.
• Relevant experience in skilled nursing reimbursement is also beneficial.
