- Manage state grant reporting processes.
- Supervise communications with lenders and monitor adherence to debt covenants.
- Support weekly cash flow management activities.
- Oversee invoicing and billing for third-party services.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and provide support for merger and acquisition initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to swiftly learn new concepts and adapt to an evolving work environment.
- Strong collaborative skills for effective teamwork.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
