Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the team backlog of user stories, incorporating clear acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and integrate cross-functional business processes to create comprehensive user stories utilizing industry-standard techniques.
- Manage dependencies and adjust priorities across various sprints and Program Increments (PIs).
- Communicate proficiently with stakeholders, adjusting messages for varied audiences.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate solutions to intricate challenges.
- Participate actively in Agile Release Train activities and Scrum Team ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Product Management, other Product Owners, and the Scrum Master to ensure strategic alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior Product Owners to foster their development.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, project management, and product management concepts.
- Ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT delivery, product management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards is a plus.
- Understanding of the retail industry and DevOps practices is preferred.
