Healthcare Project Manager - Remote

Job Overview

As a Project Manager within our esteemed Project Management Office (PMO), you will assume a critical role in steering client software implementation projects. You will collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals, engaging with various internal teams, including Product Management, Development, Business Analysts, and Executive Leadership, to deliver outstanding solutions in a fast-paced and evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients during the implementation journey, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project objectives, develop and execute tasks, monitor progress, and provide updates to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding for Development and QA teams.
• Partner with Product Management to align customer needs with product vision, ensuring the delivery of superior solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, track milestones, and prioritize issues to guarantee timely delivery of projects.
• Facilitate training and provide support for team members, promoting a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
  
  

Required Skills

• Robust technical proficiency with a strong grasp of sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integration processes.
• Proven experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with the specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Direct experience in client consulting is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects in a rapidly changing environment.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to excel both independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience overseeing software projects, including a minimum of 1-2 years in a client-facing capacity.
• Experience with agile methodologies and specialty pharmacy is preferred.
