Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in Tax Compliance & Advisory for Flow-Through Entities and Partnerships, providing comprehensive compliance services and strategic guidance to our diverse clientele.
• Lead tax engagements, overseeing their planning, scheduling, and management from initiation through to completion.
• Engage in hands-on work by preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns, continuously enhancing your technical competence.
• Mentor and support junior accountants, facilitating their professional development and honing your leadership abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: \(120,000 - \)165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What We Seek

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in public accounting is required.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

• This is a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN 46204.
