Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute internal communication strategies that resonate with our brand’s purpose, vision, and core values.
- Collaborate with essential business functions such as HR, finance, procurement, and IT to devise effective communication plans for key initiatives including open enrollment, performance reviews, and policy updates.
- Oversee the planning and execution of internal events, such as town halls and leadership discussions.

- Exceptional attention to detail, with a background in content development, presentation design, and event management.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in internal communication platforms such as Axios, Confluence, and Canva.
