Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communication strategies that resonate with our brand’s purpose, vision, and core values.
• Collaborate with essential business functions such as HR, finance, procurement, and IT to devise effective communication plans for key initiatives including open enrollment, performance reviews, and policy updates.
• Oversee the planning and execution of internal events, such as town halls and leadership discussions.
• Develop engaging messaging for significant business announcements and key initiatives.
• Conduct an annual review of internal communications, creating a strategic calendar to optimize engagement opportunities.
• Identify communication gaps within the organization and propose solutions to enhance transparency and alignment.
• Work alongside talent acquisition and branding teams to fortify employer branding and maintain a repository of communication resources.
• Establish best practices and standardize internal communication processes across the organization.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, emphasizing internal communications, change management, and leadership messaging.
• Strong aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into understandable and engaging content.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a background in content development, presentation design, and event management.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in internal communication platforms such as Axios, Confluence, and Canva.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
