Position Overview: Senior Associate, Investment Research

As a Senior Associate within the Investment Research domain, you will be instrumental in executing due diligence on investment managers and their respective strategies. Your responsibility will center around analyzing diverse investment approaches tailored for high-net-worth clients, ensuring that each strategy is meticulously aligned with individual client portfolios. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Investment Research team to identify, assess, and implement sophisticated investment strategies customized for our clientele.
• Act as the primary liaison within the Investment Research team for designated investment strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive searches and initial due diligence on a wide array of investment strategies.
• Continuously evaluate investment manager portfolios and operations to confirm alignment with client objectives.
• Undertake special investment research projects as needed.
• Partner closely with the Client Advisory team to provide insights and suggest strategic adjustments in response to client circumstances.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in investment or asset management.
• Competence in sourcing and analyzing investment ideas independently, leveraging professional relationships for valuable insights.
• Strong intellectual curiosity complemented by analytical, quantitative, and critical reasoning skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to prioritization changes.
• Solid comprehension of investment management principles, particularly in asset allocation and portfolio construction.
• Fundamental knowledge of business, legal, and accounting concepts pertinent to investment evaluation.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with experience in Excel, Bloomberg, and other essential tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a preference for candidates with management experience.
