Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that enhance the efficiency of clinical trial processes.
- Oversee client projects related to proprietary software applications, ensuring compliance with all internal protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Act as the main client contact from contract award through system deactivation, managing status meetings, tracking deliverables, and providing status updates.
- Direct software solution design to align with project demands, clinical protocols, and client specifications.
- Facilitate internal and external specification review meetings, adapting system requirements as necessary.
- Monitor project scope, timeline, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Foster a high level of client satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams, including customer care and management.
- Effectively manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring deliveries are on time and within budget.
- Review and authenticate system documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Offer ongoing assistance to system users via phone and email as required.
- Travel to client sites for meetings and training sessions as necessary.
- Engage in client audits and quality-related tasks for assigned projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with software systems in a clinical trial context.
- Strong command of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for client service and a background in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
